Godzilla (1993) Suzuka Yamanaka no Yuushiki" from the "Yuuji Sakai Zoukei Collection", a soft vinyl series prototyped and produced by Yuji Sakai! Godzilla (1993) Suzuka Yamanaka no Yuushiki" was released as a garage kit in 2018 as "Yuji Sakai Zoukei Kobo's 25th Anniversary Work". We are now releasing that work as a soft vinyl painted finished product, using the same prototype as the garage kit and joining Yuji Sakai's popular "Yuji Sakai Zoukei Collection" series. In this work, Yuji Sakai has beautifully recreated the famous scene from the movie "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla" (released in 1993), in which the cool-looking Godzilla threatens Mechagodzilla by raising his tail high in the mountains of Suzuka. The long legs, fearless face, and other features of Godzilla (1993) have been accurately sculpted to a degree of perfection that makes the figure look as if it came straight out of the movie. At the time of the release of the work, Mr. Sakai searched his hometown for a background close to the image of Godzilla in the movie and photographed it, and even created a diorama in front of Godzilla himself to package it in the image of the movie. The images taken by Mr. Sakai were also used to create the images for the new model, so please take note of them as well. Godzilla's "heroic figure in the mountains of Suzuka," staring down at its nemesis, Mechagodzilla, and standing majestically in front of it. We hope you will enjoy the beauty of Mr. Wagner's masterful sculpting work, which expresses its numbing charm to the fullest. Once again, the cast prototype was converted to wax and a master mold was created. The product is made only from the master mold, minimizing the wear and tear of the soft vinyl version, and focusing on reproducing the details as much as possible.
